These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Appgenix Software UG (Berlin). You accept them by using the app or any of its features.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BizCalPro for personal or business purposes. You may not:
BizCalPro offers a free version and a Pro subscription. Pro features are available via in-app purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your Google Play account.
You retain ownership of your calendar events, tasks, and other content you create. By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, synchronize, and display your content solely to provide the service.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appgenix Software UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Berlin.
